Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
·✶· United States:
Shipped with Nova Post. Once your parcel reaches the USA, it will be handled by OnTrac.
ETA: 8–15 business days (depending on season may take faster or longer)
Note: We pre-pay tariffs for all US parcels sent with Nova Post and UkrPoshta, but we cannot be held responsible if customs authorities decide to apply additional charges.
·✶·DHL Express Shipping to the USA
DHL Express is available for shipments to the USA. Additional rates apply — please contact info@darinagarms.com if you’d like to upgrade your shipping.
ETA: 6–9 days.
Please note that for express deliveries to the USA (via DHL Express or similar couriers), import taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are usually under $50 USD per parcel, including broker charges.

Shipped with Nova Post. After your parcel reaches Poland, it will be handed to UPS (Canada), Nova Post (UK) for final delivery.
ETA: 6–12 days.
·✶· Europe:
Shipped with Nova Post.
ETA: 4–8 days.
·✶· Other Countries:
Shipped with national postal services.
ETA: 2–4 weeks (may vary depending on destination and customs).
All dates provided are estimates and may vary on other factors out of our control.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. You must include your apt. number at checkout if you have one. All items are thoroughly inspected and filmed during the packing process as proof of condition and contents prior to shipment.

All items containing genuine fur can only be shipped via national postal services. Delivery times vary per country.

Order Processing Times
Orders ship within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Exceptions: Items marked with extended shipping times in description may require 7–14 business days before dispatch.
Expedited Shipping
DHL Express or other couriers available upon request for an additional fee.
ETA: 5–9 business days.

Responsibility & Risk
Once your package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to: monitor tracking updates, handle customs clearance if required, reschedule missed deliveries, ensure a secure delivery location.
Delivery Confirmation
Postal carriers may deliver parcels to a receptionist, neighbor, or leave them at the door. Please check the tracking site promptly and secure your parcel once marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for parcels shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please contact us ASAP so we can see if it can be modified on route.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address:
The buyer is responsible for paying all reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for shipping fees or the order total in such cases.
Customs & Import Fees
All customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay customs or failure to collect your parcel does not qualify for a refund.
Loss, Delay, and Returns
We are not responsible for:
• Delays due to postal services, customs processing, or weather.
• Lost, stolen, or unclaimed parcels after confirmed shipment.
• The longevity of items after shipment.
• No returns or refunds are offered except in cases where the wrong item (completely different goods) was shipped.
